Oh how I was waiting for this season!! Fall is my favorite season of all, I just love everything about it, the foods, smells, weather, clothes and most of all the home décor. I usually start decorating for Fall right around this time and skip over the Halloween décor, but this year I don’t know if it’s the hormones or my pregnancy that’s making me do things I don’t usually do but I wanted to give my home a spooky touch while keeping the modern rustic style.
While browsing ideas and looking through stores I found everything was either too orangey or too gory for my taste. I want to keep the modern rustic trend and just add some Halloween to it, meaning neutrals and wood materials would still be the base but we are adding a little bit of warm hues. In addition, I found black and plaid are a huge trend, do you mind it? Not me.
