Do You Have a Store?

We don’t have a traditional retail store, but we do have a workshop and design studio located in the vibrant city of Tampa. You’re more than welcome to stop by and get a firsthand look at what we’re currently working on. However, please note that we often work off-site, so making an appointment in advance is highly recommended to ensure that we can provide you with the attention and information you deserve. We look forward to welcoming you to our creative space!

How Do I Get a Quote?

Getting a quote is easy, and we offer several convenient options to suit your preferences:

1. Email Option:
If you already have a clear idea of what you’re looking for, you can email us a picture of the space along with measurements. Include a description of your vision, along with any inspirational pictures, design preferences, style, and color swatches. We’ll then provide you with a free quote based on your provided information.

2. Video Consultation:
Book a free video consultation, and we’ll virtually walk you through the measurements, examine the space, and discuss your vision. Following our conversation, we’ll provide you with a quote based on our discussion.

3. In-Home Furniture and Room Design Consultation:

If you’re unsure about your design preferences, we offer an in-home consultation for $150. During this visit, you will meet with our design and construction pros to assess the space, take measurements, and discuss your vision. You’ll receive a quote, a mood board with suggestions and ideas for the space (up to 3 revisions), and a tailored shopping list if needed.

4. In-Home Measurements:
If you know what you want but prefer an in-person assessment, you can book in-home measurements for a $50 reservation fee. One of our skilled construction professionals will meet with you during this assessment. This fee is credited to your account if you decide to place an order with us.

5. 3D Renderings:
3D renderings are available upon request for an additional cost, which varies depending on the type of project.

Finalizing Your Order
If you decide to proceed with a custom project and place an order, regardless of the option you choose, we will schedule a day to take final measurements to ensure everything is built to perfection.

Do You Offer In-House Estimates?

Yes, we do offer in-home estimates. Our experienced team understands the importance of assessing your space firsthand to provide accurate and personalized estimates. Whether you’re considering a design consultation, furniture installation, or a custom project, our professionals are available to meet with you in the comfort of your home. For in-home measurements, a $50 reservation fee is required to book the appointment. This fee is credited to your account if you decide to proceed with an order. Additionally, if you opt for an in-home design consultation, the fee is $150.To schedule an in-home estimate, please contact us to arrange a convenient appointment time.

 

How Do I Place a Custom Order?

To initiate your custom order, simply review, finalize, and electronically sign the estimate we send you. Following this, we kindly request a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment can be conveniently made via credit card, check, or cash, either in person, by mail, or online (please be aware that credit card transactions may include a fee). The remaining balance is due upon completion and can be settled with a credit card or cash. Once we receive your deposit and the necessary paperwork,  and you will be added to our job list.

Do You Deliver?

Yes, we do deliver for a small fee depending on your location.

Do You Offer Design Services?

Flippin’ Rustic Decor is available as a consultant or furniture designer on custom pieces at a rate of $50 per hour. Drafting and design services are also charged at the same rate.

Can I Pay Online?

Yes we can send you an invoice online and you may pay with a credit card. There is a 3.5% fee. We also accept Zelle, Venmo and CashApp- no fee

What Are Your Payment Methods?

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to suit your preferences. These include Zelle, Venmo, bank transfers, all major credit cards, as well as cash and check. Choose the option that works best for you, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction process. Orders and Returns

What is Your Refund Policy?

Due to the custom nature of our work all sales are final.

Wood is living and will continue to expand and contract, which may cause bows, warps and/or cracks in certain areas. Although every care is taken to ensure our products can handle temperature and humidity changes, the conditions of your home can affect the wooden products you buy from us. If any of these instances do occur, we will not offer exchanges or refunds.

Is the Deposit Refundable?

No. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for custom jobs.This deposit is used to buy supplies and furnish labor for your final custom piece.

What is Your Current Turnaround Time?

Depending on the type of project, it may vary from 4-10weeks. Please keep in mind this is just an estimate time. Weather, pandemic and any other reason beyond our control can delay our progress but we will try to keep you posted through the entire process.

Can I Cancel my Order?

If you paid for an in-stock item, you may cancel your order within 24 hours, just contact us by email or phone and we will refund your money back.

If you placed a custom order, you may contact us through email or phone within 24 hours to see if your order can be refunded. We use deposits to buy the supplies and materials needed for your order, if this has been the case the order cannot be cancelled and you will not be refunded.

Product Information

How Do I Care for Your Furniture?

All pieces produced by Flippin’ Rustic Décor do not require waxing, oiling, or any specific maintenance. When needed, the furniture should be dusted with a soft cloth that has a small amount of furniture soap or a light dusting type of material. The use of a furniture polish or oil will cause an irregular film over the surface.

How Can I Choose a Finish?

Our stain samples are available online or you can also request one through our social media platforms and email, however due to monitor differences and variations caused by nature, over which the company has no control, Flippin’ Rustic Décor does not guarantee an exact match to the sample provided. Samples of grain pattern and color are matched to the best of our ability but we highly recommend for you to stop by our shop before the staining process so you can pick out a stain of your choice and look at it in person

What Kind of Wood Do You Use?

It depends on the project. For wood walls we use either shiplap or reclaimed wood. For custom furniture we usually use either maple or birch unless you specify otherwise. Some custom decor is built in whitewood and others are built with reclaimed wood.

Wood is living and will continue to change in different environments. Sometimes these changes may be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product.
