Whether you’re upgrading a single room or rebuilding after a storm, we’re here to deliver stress-free results with a personalized touch.

How Do I Get a Quote?

Getting a quote is easy, and we offer several convenient options to suit your preferences:

1. Email Quote (Free):

If you already have a general idea of your project and/or architectural plans or renderings, you can email us directly. Please include:

  • A brief description of your vision

  • Any inspiration photos or style references

  • Rough measurements

  • Budget and preferred timeline

  • Plans or renderings (if available)

We’ll provide a free estimate based on the information you send. If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a site visit to confirm details, take final measurements, and refine the scope before starting your project

2. Free Video Consultation:

Prefer to walk us through the space virtually? Book a free video consultation where we’ll:

  • Review the space with you live

  • Discuss your goals and design ideas

  • Walk you through how to take measurements if needed

After the call, we’ll send you a preliminary quote based on our discussion. This is great for early planning or long-distance clients.

3. On-Site Consultation:

For a more hands-on approach, we offer in-person consultations where we visit your property to evaluate the space, gather measurements, and discuss your ideas in detail. This is especially helpful for larger remodels or complex builds. A small consultation fee may apply, which can be credited toward your project if you proceed.

4. Shop Consultation 

You’re also welcome to schedule a visit to our shop! During this private consultation, we can review materials, finishes, and design options in person. This is a great way to touch and feel samples and refine the aesthetic of your project. Appointments are required to ensure personalized attention.

Step 2: Visualize!

Our team collaborates with
you to bring your ideas to life, finalize materials, layouts, finished and overall scope. This phase takes time and love—we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Step 3: Show Time!

Our team swings into action and executes an excellent job. You receive consistent communication. Final punch list is completed, the remaining balance is collected and the job is closed out.

Do You Have a Showroom?

While we don’t operate a conventional retail store or showroom, our creative hub thrives in the heart of Tampa, where our shop and design studio are nestled. We extend a warm invitation for you to visit us and experience our projects firsthand. To ensure we can dedicate ample time and attention to you, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance, as our team occasionally works off-site. We eagerly anticipate welcoming you to our dynamic space!

Do You Offer Design Services?

Yes, we offer design guidance including layout planning, material selection, and finish recommendations. We also collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers for more complex projects.

 

Payment Information

What Are Your Payment Methods?

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to suit your preferences. These include all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, bank transfers, as well as cash and checks.

How Do Payments Work?

All of our projects require a deposit to secure materials, labor, and scheduling. The remaining balance is paid in phases based on project milestones or upon completion, depending on the scope.

Can I Pay Online?

Yes we can send you an invoice online and you may pay with a credit card. Processing fees apply. We also accept Zelle,or Venmo transfers  – no fee

What is Your Refund Policy?

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered, custom work has begun, or labor has been scheduled.

Are You Licensed and Insured?

Yes! Flippin’ Rustic is fully licensed and insured in the state of Florida. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

Do You Work With Insurance Claims?

Absolutely. We can provide itemized estimates and scope of work documents required by insurance companies and FEMA. We’re familiar with post-storm restoration and work closely with adjusters and homeowners to streamline the claims process.

Can I Make Changes During Construction?

We understand that ideas evolve! Change orders are possible and will be documented with any cost or schedule adjustments. We’ll walk you through every step so there are no surprises.

How Long Will My Project Take?

Timeline varies depending on project size, permit requirements, weather, and material availability. We provide a tentative timeline in your dashboard and keep you informed throughout the process.

Product Information (Custom Cabinetry & Millwork)

How Do I Care for Your Furniture?

All pieces produced by Flippin’ Rustic Décor do not require waxing, oiling, or any specific maintenance. When needed, the furniture should be dusted with a soft cloth that has a small amount of furniture soap or a light dusting type of material. The use of a furniture polish or oil will cause an irregular film over the surface.

How Can I Choose a Finish?

Our stain samples are available online or you can also request one through our social media platforms and email, however due to monitor differences and variations caused by nature, over which the company has no control, Flippin’ Rustic Décor does not guarantee an exact match to the sample provided. Samples of grain pattern and color are matched to the best of our ability but we highly recommend for you to stop by our shop before the staining process so you can pick out a stain of your choice and look at it in person

What Kind of Wood Do You Use?

It depends on the project. For wood walls we use either shiplap or reclaimed wood. For custom furniture we usually use either maple or birch unless you specify otherwise. Some custom decor is built in whitewood and others are built with reclaimed wood.

Real wood is a product of nature, and as such, no two pieces are alike. Variations in solid wood grain patterns are to be expected and make each furniture uniquely beautiful, just like us humans. Wood is living and will continue to change in different environments. Sometimes these changes may be noticeable in the physical appearance of the product. Although every care is taken to ensure our products can handle temperature and humidity changes, the conditions of your home can affect the wooden products you buy from us
